Do you provide cycling shoes?
We do not provide cycling shoes. Our bikes are compatible with both SPD and Look Delta clips, so if you have cycling shoes, bring feel free to them! If not, all our bikes have cages, so hard soled athletic shoes will be compatible!
Where should I park?
We are located at Lifeguard Tower #27 in Santa Monica. There are two lots directly next to our location- both accessed from Barnard way.
- The smaller lot to your immediate right when you turn In Is $1.00/hour
- The larger lot has daily rates between $7.00-$12.00
- There is free street parking on 2nd street and around the main street area
What should I bring?
While we only require that you have hard soled shoes, we recommend you bring water, a towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses
I am brand new to cycling, is there a beginner class?
Awesome! All of our classes are geared toward riders of all skill levels/experience. Every bike has it's own designated resistance lever, so you are in total control of your intensity at all times!
What happens if my class is cancelled?
If we need to cancel the class due weather or any other reason, we will notify you by 8pm the evening prior to a morning class, or 12pm the day of an evening class. In this case, the rider credit will be refunded to your account for future use
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation and return the credit to your account for future use, you must un-reserve your spot at least 12 hours before class time. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) will result in the class being deducted from your series and not returned or refunded.
Unlimited Monthly Members:
If you late cancel or do not show up for a class, a
$20 no-show fee will apply.
Can I bring my own headphones?
The headphones we use for class are specifically paired with our transmitter system. individual headphones will not be compatible
When should I arrive to class?
Please arrive to the beach 10-15 minutes prior to your ride. This will ensure that our team gets your checked in and can ensure that you have the perfect bike fit!
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! When reserving your guest's bike, select your bike as normal, and select "reserve for guest"
